Keith Gooden
Welcome along to Christmas at the Motorhome Matt flat. I’m Keith Gooden.
Matt Sims
And I’m Motorhome Matt!
Keith Gooden
It’s not Christmas until Noddy Holder says it’s Christmas.
Matt Sims
“It’s Christmas!”
Keith Gooden
Bless him. He’s got a nice pension fund with that record of his -£1 million a year, I’ve heard.
Matt Sims
He does really well out of it, doesn’t he?
Keith Gooden
He does very well when you consider that it’s 50 years old.
Christmas offers at That Leisure Shop
Keith Gooden
Okay, then – let’s dive in. But before we do let’s mention our fabulous sponsor, www.thatleisureshop.com, and the special Christmas money off deal that they’re giving you if you’re buying something from www.thatleisureshop.com for somebody that you love that’s into their motorhoming, caravanning or camping.
Matt Sims
Just put MOTORHOMEMATT in at the till. And all the gifts today – you will get £10 off when you spend just £100. How’s that?
Keith Gooden
Spend £100, get £10 off. If you spend £200, do you get £20 off?
Matt Sims
No.
Keith Gooden
Thank you Ebenezer.
Matt Sims
You’re welcome. You look like Ebenezer.
Keith Gooden
Ebenezer Scrooge is sitting next to me.
Stocking filler gifts
Keith Gooden
Okay, then – what are we doing? Christmas gifts today.
Matt Sims
Let’s do it. Let’s start. Have you seen what we’re wearing? Do you like it?
Keith Gooden
Well, we are wearing especially for the video some very Christmassy items.
Matt Sims
Well, yours is.
Keith Gooden
Did you get that shirt off Julian Clary?
Matt Sims
No, I nicked it out of Lounge.
Keith Gooden
Okay, then.
Matt Sims
It was hanging in front of the window. I’ve got another pair like this at home. Right, the first gift we’ve got – these are brilliant. These are true utility pocket knives. They’re only £8.99 – well, less than that, some of them. So this one is a pair of tweezers, a little pocket tool. It comes with a free carabiner.
These are brilliant little stocking fillers. They come with a free key ring as well. This one is 30 tools in your pocket. This goes in your wallet. It’s the thickness of a credit card. And there are 30 tools in there!
Keith Gooden
Fantastic.
Matt Sims
Screwdrivers, spanners – brilliant. Again, that’s got a free key ring. They all have. This one’s called a Sharkey. This is one of my favourites. This is a really good utility tool – again, a free carabiner so you can hang it on your key ring or on your belt or wherever. Hang it on a hook. It’s got a screwdriver and a bottle opener. There are 12 tools on that one.
Keith Gooden
It’s fantastic. They’re little metal things, aren’t they? And they do all these different jobs.
Matt Sims
They’re brilliant. £7.99, £8.99 – less than a tenner. They’re really good. Great boy gifts, I reckon. Can I say that?
Keith Gooden
They’re great for in your pocket.
Matt Sims
I love them.
Keith Gooden
This one I’ve got here, it’s a True Utility cardsmart. And you’ve got something for your spokes on your bike and a prying tool. And you’ve got measuring things. You’ve got a protractor for angles and stuff like that, something for taking the cap off of a beer bottle – it’s brilliant. And then you’ve got little screws here going up in 10 centimetre indentations so you can undo any nut or bolt. It’s fantastic. Brilliant.
Matt Sims
It fits in your wallet. It’s the thickness of a credit card. These are little fold up backpacks – have you seen these? It folds from its little packet into a proper backpack.
Keith Gooden
Into a bright blue backpack.
Matt Sims
This one’s blue. There’s a whole range of colours. We’ve got one here for you here, Keith. Here you are, that’s yours.
Keith Gooden
Pink, lovely! Yes.
Matt Sims
Shocking pink. These light blue ones are great, but they’ve got pockets on the back with zips on, bottle holders on the side, two adjustable shoulder straps and then they just fold flat – or screw it up, really.
Keith Gooden
This is like when you get the tent out of the packet. He’s trying to put it back now.
Matt Sims
It’s easy.
Keith Gooden
By Jove, he’s got it.
Matt Sims
These are a brilliant stocking filler. For lots of our customers who have bought stuff from us at the shop, we’ve given them one of these as a thank you. And we get loads and loads of really positive reviews about this. Never mind the product they bought, they love the backpack. These are neat as well. Look how small this is. This is tiny – how big’s that? A few inches by a couple of inches.
Keith Gooden
What is it?
Matt Sims
It’s a shopping bag in a tiny little pouch.
Keith Gooden
It reminds me of when I was a kid in the 1960s. My mum would always be able to produce a raincoat from a tiny little bag like that.
Matt Sims
That’s what this is like. It’s a good sizeable strong shopping bag.
Keith Gooden
Fantastic.
Matt Sims
You can do the shopping. £2.50. In fact, I think they’re less than that.
Keith Gooden
As you say, a stocking filler.
Matt Sims
Well, these are dead handy just to keep in the car. How many times have you walked in the supermarket and gone, ‘Bloomin’ bags. I left them in the car.’ You could almost keep one of these in your pocket, couldn’t you? Tiny. Let’s fold it away.
Keith Gooden
You can fold it up as well.
Matt Sims
I’m going to sell it now.
Keith Gooden
You might be the lucky customer who gets this!
Matt Sims
‘Opened only once!’ And remember, these are brilliant in your motorhome or caravan to keep in the glove box or keep in a cupboard. If you’re going on holiday and you’ve forgotten your bags, you have to buy a bag. How annoying is that?
Keith Gooden
It’s very, very annoying.
Matt Sims
It happened to me this morning. ‘Do you want a bag?’ ‘Oh, yes please.’ It was a pound. Really?
Keith Gooden
They’re charging a lot for them.
Matt Sims
‘I’ll have a cheap one.’ They said, ‘This one is the cheap one!’ The other ones are a tenner! This is a damp control unit. They’re really good. They remind me of Tic Tacs. Good sound effect.
So these little things, they are brilliant. This is a lavender flavour – well, it’s got an aroma to it. Don’t eat it! Damp control – leave them in your motorhome or caravan. They absorb all the moisture from the air and help keep it from damp. Really good. This is a tiny one.
There are lots of different sizes – we do refill packs as well, so you buy the plastic box once and then you can keep refilling it. Brilliant. It’ll save disposing of the plastic.
Keith Gooden
Are they for putting it in the loo?
Matt Sims
In your loo?!
Keith Gooden
Yes, put it in your loo because you’ve got dampness and water in there and also this has got the air freshening lavender with as well.
Matt Sims
That’s true, yes! I put them in when the motorhome’s in storage. They’re ideal then.
Keith Gooden
Or in the cupboards – buy a few.
Matt Sims
Yes, that’s what those are designed for, the small ones. But then again, for your loved one, if they love their motorhome or caravan, they’re a great little stocking present.
Keith Gooden
Collapsible drinking cups!
Matt Sims
We love these. Now, if you’ve bumped into us at any of the shows, you would have encountered our bright orange pop-up cups. These are collapsible drinking cups with a handy little strap on them. You can attach them to your backpack. They’ve got a lid, and they pop up really easily. There we go. Look at that! The best bit about these collapsible cups is the aluminium rim on the top, so when you put them to your lips, they feel like a proper cup – coffee, water – they fold flat. Pop the lid back on.
Keith Gooden
They’re easily stored away and they’re light as well.
Matt Sims
They’re really light, yes. They come in a little box. I think there are four in there in different colours – lilac, green, orange and grey.
Keith Gooden
How much?
Matt Sims
£12.
Keith Gooden
That’s not bad, is it?
Matt Sims
Yes, and remember, you get 10% off if you spend £100. £10 off!
Keith Gooden
So those, Matt, are just a few of the stocking fillers. The main event is still to come.
Matt Sims
That’s just the start of Christmas.
Keith Gooden
These are the stocking fillers.
Matt Sims
We have got hundreds of little things like that in the shop. This is a sample.
Keith Gooden
Things from a fiver up to about £20 which you could fill a stocking with. And we’ve got some brilliant stuff on the way, so stay tuned. Let’s talk about something a little bit bigger that you can buy for somebody as a gift, and you’re offering a big discount on it.
Matt Sims
We are, yes. A friend of mine, Annah, used to own a motorhome hire company. That’s how I know her. And she always thought – lots of her customers were asking her, as ours do, ‘Where do we go? How do we plan our trip?’ So Annah decided, ‘Right, I know what I’m going to do. I’m going to create my own library of routes, trips and so on,’ and she did all the planning for people and launched a business called Uncover Britain.
And her website is www.uncoverbritain.com, and it’s a whole load of self drive road trips and routes with maps, destinations, secret stays and campsites, TV and film locations, wild swimming locations – it is absolutely fantastic. And she’s planned all these routes all over the country. And I was really taken with it and it’s not expensive at all. In fact, it’s just £29.99 for an annual membership and she will then give you all of these routes, but we have a 50% off offer.
Keith Gooden
What, half?
Matt Sims
Half price!
Keith Gooden
So not £29.99.
Matt Sims
No – nick 50% off that. Just use the code MOTORHOMEMATT and Annah will give you 50% off.
Keith Gooden
So £15?
Matt Sims
£15 and you’ve got all your trips planned. They are fantastic. You could do them in the car, but of course you could go off in your motorhome or caravan and do them in there as well. So campsites, as I say – she’s done the research on those. She’s visited, I think, most of them. A well travelled girl, is Annah. And it’s a brilliant product and I think a really lovely gift. I was so taken with it. Annah said, ‘You can have 50 deals, Matt, of 50% off.’ And I said, ‘Well, that’s very kind.’ There are 49 because I bought one! It was that good.
And it is great, so we’re already planning some of the trips for next year. So if you’re looking for something creative for someone that is often heading off in their campervan – perhaps they’re new to it. This could be ideal. www.uncoverbritain.com – go and check it out. It’s really good. Use the code MOTORHOMEMATT at the checkout, and it’s half price.
Keith Gooden
£15 instead of £30. And of course, you spoke to Annah as well, didn’t you, at the NEC show?
Matt Sims
We did. Yes, we had a lovely chat with Annah and I asked her to tell us a bit more about the launch of this brilliant new website.
Gift unlimited road trip adventures with Uncover Britain
Matt Sims
The last time we met was at my house and you came to me with this concept. It was still early days, wasn’t it, for Uncover Britain. Tell us a bit about it and how people can engage with it.
Annah Todman
Well, we used to run a hire business and people were asking us all the time to recommend places to go.
Matt Sims
So let me start with the motorhome hire business. I remember well.
Annah Todman
It was very enjoyable, but because we kept getting asked about destinations, we thought that it’d be the next natural step to develop that idea. So we got on board with a lot of tourist boards and started working on this project. It’s been really exciting. We’re motorhomers ourselves and campervanners, so we’re using our own experience as well. And it’s been a project that we’ve been undergoing for a couple of years and developed into a membership website.
Matt Sims
So it’s how much?
Annah Todman
It’s £29.99 normally for the whole year.
Matt Sims
And what do you get for the year?
Annah Todman
27 road trips, routes, maps and extra premium content. So we’ve got hidden gems, view points, wild swimming spots, film and TV locations, all sorts of things.
Matt Sims
So for £20 you get 27 road trips?
Annah Todman
It will save you absolutely hours and hours.
Matt Sims
That’s incredible value. That’s amazing. And have you done all these road trips yourself?
Annah Todman
We’ve done a large amount of them, yes, but we’ve had researchers helping us with them as well.
Matt Sims
That’s brilliant. And you’re working with the local tourist boards. Are you selling them into them or getting them to sponsor them to you? How is that working?
Annah Todman
They’ve been supporting and helping us with that. So yes, we’re working together. They’ve been really helpful. We’re running a competition at the minute with Cotswolds Tourism to win £500 worth of experiences. The experiences are part of the experiences that you can access via our Cotswolds road trip.
Matt Sims
That’s fantastic, Annah. What interest have you had so far?
Annah Todman
We’ve been non-stop. Everyone’s looking. We’ve been giving demonstrations of what the website actually looks like and talking about road trip routes non-stop all day.
Matt Sims
Your favourite thing!
Annah Todman
I could talk all day about motorhomes and campervans anyway.
Matt Sims
That was Annah from Uncover Britain. And remember, if you enter the code MOTORHOMEMATT at www.uncoverbritain.com, Annah will give you 50% off. Thank you, Annah – very generous of you.
Keith Gooden
£15 instead of £30.
Matt Sims
Bargain.
Gifts for camping chefs
Keith Gooden
Okay, we’re delving into more of our stocking fillers and also big presents now for Christmas for the motorhomer, caravanner or camper.
Matt Sims
These are presents for your motorhomer or caravanner that loves cooking. Go on then, Keith – what have you got there?
Keith Gooden
Oh, yes! Look at that!
Matt Sims
A melamine set of plates – bowls, side plates and main plates. These are gorgeous. They’re from the company Brunner. They are a very high-end melamine manufacturer. These feel and look like real bone china. They’re really beautiful. This is the Grenada set in grey. They look like stone – really nice. And lovely beautiful packaging as well.
Keith Gooden
How much?
Matt Sims
Just under £69.
Keith Gooden
Really? That’s a good deal – and fairly light as well.
Matt Sims
Yes, they are. They’re very light.
Keith Gooden
Let me – I won’t drop them. Oh! Sorry!
Matt Sims
The best bit about them is they’re anti-slip so they won’t slide about.
Keith Gooden
Oh, that’s great.
Matt Sims
This is good. Look at this.
Keith Gooden
What on Earth – is that a satellite dish? It’s a satellite dish, isn’t it?
Matt Sims
It’s not a satellite dish! It’s a colander. It’s a pop-up colander from Fozzils. It’s called a snap fold colander.
Keith Gooden
Don’t give this one to your daughter or wife, by the way. Just because you both like motorhoming, do not give your Mrs. a colander.
Matt Sims
Well, it’s all she’s getting! It’s easy – it just snaps up, look, and then it folds out. Push it down – click – and fold it flat in the cupboard. Genius. Handy in the cutlery drawer.
Keith Gooden
It is, and you can use it for storage for vegetables and stuff like that.
Matt Sims
According to the picture you can. That’s £8.99!
Keith Gooden
That’s a bargain, isn’t it?
Matt Sims
Really good. We love those. If your loved one loves reading and wants inspiring-,
Keith Gooden
Wilderness Chef: The Ultimate Guide to Cooking Outdoors by that great outdoorsman, Ray Mears.
Matt Sims
Lovely book, that.
Keith Gooden
Is it sensible food – it’s not eating frogs and worms and stuff like that, is it?
Matt Sims
Over 100 recipes and they’re beautifully illustrated as well.
Keith Gooden
Clam chowder. How to poach an egg! He’s doing a Delia, isn’t he? Australian billy tea. An omelette in a pristine pan. How to fry a steak – lots of people need to know that. Most people can’t fry steaks. Oh, sticky rice in a bamboo tube. I can’t tell you the amount of times at Christmas we all gathered round the old Joanna eating sticky rice from a bamboo tube. It was fabulous.
Matt Sims
It is a lovely book.
Keith Gooden
Cheers, Ray.
Matt Sims
This is more my style – grill pan. It’s actually a camp stove toaster. These are genius. If you want to make toast and you haven’t got a toaster or a grill and all you’ve got is a hob, you need one of these – the camp stove toaster! You literally stand your bread on it and toast your bread.
Keith Gooden
Lovely.
Matt Sims
And it just folds flat. He says… it does!
Keith Gooden
No, it does eventually! Oh, that’s brilliant.
Matt Sims
Handy to store. Pop it up. Done.
Keith Gooden
How much is that, then?
Matt Sims
£6.99.
Keith Gooden
That is a bargain! £6.99?
Matt Sims
Yes! Genius.
Keith Gooden
Brilliant. And you can use that whether you’ve got a motorhome or a caravan or you’re camping out. I’ve got a fantastic one here – the urban outdoor cutlery set. Harlem is the design on it – lovely wooden handles. Stainless steel. Looks beautiful, actually! Two forks, two knives, two spoons.
Matt Sims
They’re lovely, aren’t they?
Keith Gooden
It’s just fantastic.
Matt Sims
These are great, these. I love these. This is the Brunner breadboard. These are really nice. So this is a wooden breadboard in a plastic tray so when you’re cutting the bread – you don’t crumbs everywhere, do you, in your campervan? So this collects the crumbs – pour them away and you’ve got a little breadboard. That’s anti-slip as well.
Keith Gooden
So you’ve got the breadboard. You’ve got the knives and forks. You’ve got the plates. You’ve got the cookbook.
Matt Sims
Yes, it’s bamboo.
Keith Gooden
You could buy the whole lot for less than £100.
Matt Sims
Bargain! And really nice as well. They come in different colours. This is the orange one. I had to pick the orange one, didn’t I? They’re really lovely, a really nice little gift. Anti-slip too, as I say – not so effective when it’s shrink wrapped! But yes, a lovely little present.
Keith Gooden
You could be the proud owner of this one. Oh, is that a kettle I see before me? Ah!
Matt Sims
I love these.
Keith Gooden
An old fashioned kettle with a whistle!
Matt Sims
A whistling kettle – and not silver! Bright red. We do a whole range of colours of these. Bronze, lilac, green – this is the red one. Yes, a beautiful little kettle. Different sizes as well.
Keith Gooden
One and a half litres, more than enough to make your tea and your cup of soup.
Matt Sims
I’ll go and heat it up now. We’ll have a brew, shall we?
Keith Gooden
Yes, it’s lovely. I like the base on it. It’s a nice heavy base, isn’t it?
Matt Sims
Yes! It makes a good noise.
Keith Gooden
Yes. Stylish, too.
Matt Sims
Very stylish, yes.
Keith Gooden
So that is cooking for Christmas in your motorhome. We’ve got some more gifts on the way, I think, that are best for motorhomes and caravans next up.
Gifts for motorhomes and caravanners
Keith Gooden
It’s Christmas at the Motorhome Matt grotto! I’m Keith Gooden.
Matt Sims
And I’m Motorhome Matt.
Keith Gooden
And we’re going through not just the stocking fillers but the big presents that you could get the person in your life who loves motorhoming, caravanning or camping for this Christmas.
Matt Sims
Indeed.
Keith Gooden
We’re onto things that are best now for motorhomers and caravanners. Let’s start off with Avtex – so big news on this. Not just this. We’ve got a competition going.
Matt Sims
This is their new TV. This is the 23.8 inch full HD Smart TV with a built in satellite decoder. These are amazing. If you’ve got a motorhome or caravan and you love watching telly, you definitely need to look at the Avtex range.
Keith Gooden
So what’s so special about a television you put in a motorhome rather than one you can just buy cheap down the supermarket?
Matt Sims
It’s quite heavy. Can I put it down? The big thing with this is it’s got everything in it. You can watch Netflix on it, YouTube and you can decode a satellite dish. You don’t need any external box. So it will connect to the Wi-Fi and it will just stream everything within it. It is brilliant. You don’t need any external bits and bobs.
Keith Gooden
What’s the power requirement?
Matt Sims
12 volt or 240 volt.
Keith Gooden
Excellent. Fantastic.
Matt Sims
So you can run it off your battery, as long as you got a battery man enough. A leisure battery will easily let you watch a couple of films – easy. They’re brilliant. They’re metal framed as well, so they’re incredibly strong. And the big plus about them is the viewing angle. So you can imagine you’re sat right next to the television. The picture is still perfect.
It’s got a 180 degree viewing angle, which in a motorhome or caravan is really important because at home you’re sat in the lounge and you’re pretty much staring at it front on, aren’t you? In a motorhome you’re in a very confined space. If you’re sat on a funny angle, the blacks can go really contrasty, can’t they, and you get this funny sheen effect. They don’t do that.
Keith Gooden
Try it with the television at home. Go right round so you’re looking at it from 180 degrees and sometimes you won’t see anything.
Matt Sims
The picture just disappears. These are brilliant. Really good.
Win an Avtex Sound Bar
Keith Gooden
So that’s the Avtex TV, but we’re giving away an Avtex soundbar, aren’t we?
Matt Sims
We are. It’s really easy to win. Just go to www.thatleisureshop.com/win, and all you need to do is put your name and your email address. Tick the box and we’ll put you in the competition to win an Avtex soundbar.
Keith Gooden
That is drawn when?
Matt Sims
Blue Monday – the 17th of January.
Keith Gooden
17th of January – that is the day where everybody is the most depressed in the whole year. It’s after Christmas in the depths of winter. Here’s something to cheer you up – you could, if you entered, be the winner of that Avtex soundbar.
Matt Sims
It’ll cheer someone up!
Keith Gooden
So buy the telly for somebody for Christmas, win the soundbar and you’re away! You’ll be the envy of the campsite in future.
Matt Sims
You will! Let’s stick with Avtex. This is their sat nav, the Tourer Two, it’s called. This is done in partnership with the Caravan and Motorhome Club – loads and loads of caravan campsites. It contains within its memory the Caravan and Motorhome Club campsite directory.
Gifts for campers
Keith Gooden
It’s the Motorhome Matt podcast – a Christmas special this early December we have got together. If you’re watching the video, we have got our Christmas gear on.
Matt Sims
You have!
Keith Gooden
I’ve got tinsel down my trousers – fantastic!
Matt Sims
There’s tinsel everywhere. It’s like a grotto.
Keith Gooden
It is like a grotto!
Matt Sims
We’ve got Santa hats!
Keith Gooden
That glitter gets stuck in every crevice… And we are going through some of those stocking fillers and big gifts for the people in your life who love motorhoming, caravanning or camping. This now is the list of things which are best for camping. And first of all we have got this tent. Now, I’ve seen your YouTube video for this tent in the past and it is a remarkable product.
Matt Sims
It’s the Maypole two berth auto tent. This tent goes up in seconds. Literally seconds. My daughter took one to Reading Festival and she and her two friends all slept in it and had a whale of a time! They loved it. Go to www.thatleisureshop.com and search, ‘Auto tent,’ and you can watch the video there. It’s brilliant. It’s so easy to put up and down.
Keith Gooden
Well, that’s the thing, isn’t it? When you see pictures of Glastonbury at the end of the festival there are all these tents which are left behind because people can’t fold them up again.
Matt Sims
This you would want to take home. It’s so easy. The poles are part of the tent, and it goes back up into this bag really really easily. And I am not a tenter. I’m not a fan of a tent, except this one! This went up really quickly and went back in the bag really easily. I love it – really good.
Keith Gooden
If you’ve never seen the video, catch the video. We’re not overselling this. It’s a remarkable product. It really is absolutely brilliant. So what have we got up next?
Matt Sims
We’ve sold hundreds of those this year. This is your chair!
Keith Gooden
Ah, it’s a chair for the little ones in your life!
Matt Sims
Look at this! This is a child’s unicorn chair.
Keith Gooden
Lovely, isn’t it?
Matt Sims
Yes, we’ve got dinosaur ones for the boys and unicorn ones for the girls.
Keith Gooden
It’s the Motorhome Matt podcast brought to you with www.thatleisureshop.com. I’m Keith Gooden.
Matt Sims
And I’m Motorhome Matt!
Keith Gooden
We’ve been going through our list of stuff for Christmas presents, for motorhomers, caravanners and campers – best for camping, best for motorhomers and caravanners and best for cooking. You had a guest interview and best stocking fillers – now it’s miscellaneous!
Matt Sims
These are extra items! Look at this.
Keith Gooden
Oh, wow! What is that?
Matt Sims
This is a magic watering can. This is a compressed watering can. You literally fill it with water and it expands.
Keith Gooden
It expands out bigger than that. It’s not that skinny. So if you think of a watering can but two inches wide with a big reinforced plastic bag in the middle – when you fill it up, then that plastic bag expands.
Matt Sims
Many people fill their campervan from a watering can, but then you’ve got to store it and they’re big bulky things, aren’t they? This is ideal. It folds almost flat. Really clever.
Keith Gooden
A brilliant space saver.
Matt Sims
Blue or green. Just a few pounds. Genius.
Keith Gooden
Fantastic. That is a very good one. I’ve got a great book here. It is 100 Great Walks with Kids by Jen and Sim Benson. I’ve just been thumbing through this, I must admit, a little bit earlier. And it’s things like spotting UFOs, seeing a white horse, walking with Wordsworth at Tintern Abbey. So if somebody is doing GCSEs and poetry and stuff like that, you can help to bring it alive – a hidden world at Tarn Hows in Cumbria. You can do these walks with the kids, and it’s there to inspire their imagination as well. It’s a brilliant book, isn’t it?
Matt Sims
Yes! Get them outside and engaging with nature. It reminds me of the Outjoyment Report from the Camping and Caravanning Club.
Keith Gooden
100%! The Outjoyment Report found that people’s state of mind is much improved by getting out and about and enjoying the countryside. £16.99 for that – that’s a nice gift.
Matt Sims
Yes, it’s a lovely book. And if you’re not sure what to buy them, you could always buy them a gift voucher. So at www.thatleisureshop.com, if you search, ‘Gift vouchers,’ there are two types. You could buy them a voucher for the shop or you could buy them a motorhome hire voucher. If they’re thinking of going off in a motorhome or campervan or buying one in the future and they want to try one first, you could give them part of the cost or all of the cost with a voucher for the hire business.
Keith Gooden
That sounds good. Let’s talk about www.thatleisureshop.com, which sponsors the podcast and the specials that you’ve got going. If you put a special code in and spend £100, you get money off, don’t you?
Matt Sims
You £10 off when you spend £100. Just use the code MOTORHOMEMATT at the checkout – easy.
Get in touch with Matt and Keith
Keith Gooden
Oh, well – what a bunch of fabulous presents that we’ve got here. Christmas has arrived early as far as I’m concerned.
Matt Sims
That’s just one shelf of a thousand!
Keith Gooden
That’s brilliant. And if you’re watching the video, you’ll see that we’ve really made the effort for our Christmas costumes.
Matt Sims
You’ve got tinselitus and everything.
Keith Gooden
Very good. Very good. You’ve got the discounts. You’ve got the presents. Christmas is on the way.
Matt Sims
Sorted.
Keith Gooden
If they want to know more about the podcast, what do people do?
Matt Sims
Just go to www.motorhomematt.co.uk. You’ll find all the information there. And if you’ve got a question for us, we love getting them. If you’re a regular listener, you’ll know that you can submit your question by recording it. Just press the orange button and record your question. Please remember to tell us your name and where in the country you are. Send us your question and we’ll try and include it on a future podcast episode.
You can also find there all the places you can listen to the podcast and of course you can watch it on YouTube. And remember if you’re there, click the thumbs up and click the bell and then YouTube will remind you when a new episode is released. In the meantime, all that’s left for us to wish you is a very, very happy Christmas!
